Notes on this one

Coastal rather than tropical

There is a version of green in this category that shouts about the beach. This is not it. Sea Foam is a weathered, sun bleached green, closer to old boat paint than to a cocktail umbrella, and it stays comfortable to look at over a long afternoon. Beside the Glacier finish it makes a matched cool pair.

Why it works on a table

Muted greens sit unusually well next to food. Where a bright color pulls the eye off the table, this one falls back and lets the spread do the work, which is why it shows up on serving ware and enamel.
