Every order on this catalog is fulfilled by the retailer you buy through, so their delivery terms are the ones that apply.
The buy buttons here open a retail listing. The retailer takes the order, picks it, packs it and hands it to a carrier. That means the delivery estimate you see at checkout is the real one, and it is the only one we would ever quote you, because we do not control that part of the chain and would only be guessing.
Tracking numbers are issued by the retailer and appear in your order history, usually within a day of the parcel moving. We do not receive them and cannot look one up for you. If a tracking number stops updating for more than a couple of days, the retailer can open a trace with the carrier; that is a much faster route than waiting.
The steel bodies travel well. They are a solid tube of stainless and the worst a shipping knock usually does is scuff the outer carton. The flasks are shatterproof by design, so a drop in transit is a non event for them too. If something does arrive damaged, photograph it before unpacking further and go straight to the returns process.
