Warranty

Manufacturing faults are the brand’s problem. Ordinary wear and accidents are not, and it is worth knowing which is which before you write in.

What a fault looks like

What is not covered

Scratches, dents and chips from ordinary use. A body that has been through a freezer or left in a car in August, both of which stress the seal. Discoloration from cleaning products that are harsher than the care instructions allow. Loss and theft. Damage from putting the flask in the bottom rack of a dishwasher, where the heating element sits, rather than the top.

Have the model, the color and the approximate purchase date ready, plus a photograph that shows the fault. If you are still inside the retailer return window, use it first: a replacement in two days beats any warranty process. Outside that window, send the photograph and those details to [email protected]; the postal address is on the contact page.
