Ten colors is a good problem until you are buying a present. Navy is the one that nobody actively dislikes, works for any age and gender, and does not look like a decision was made about the recipient. If it is going in a box for someone you do not know well, take this one.

Dark bumper, long life

The silicone is the part of this flask that shows its age first, because it is what touches everything. Darker colors hide the ink, dye and grease marks it picks up in a bag, which means a navy unit will look newer for longer than a white or yellow one used identically.

Weight you notice by its absence

A full steel flask of this capacity is a noticeable object in a jacket. A Tritan one is not, and that changes whether it gets carried. The design gives up the heft that some people like about traditional flasks and gets back the fact that it is actually in your pocket when you want it.
