Coral is the summer end of the flask range. Bright warm silicone over a clear Tritan body, in the compact 6 oz size that fits a back pocket or a small purse. Like the rest of the range it contains no metal at all, and it is built to survive being dropped.
A black flask at the bottom of a beach bag is indistinguishable from a phone case, a sunglasses case and everything else in there. Coral is not. It is the practical reason to buy a bright colorway on a small object, and it applies just as much to a glovebox and a camp bin as it does to a bag.
The whole design brief here is a flask that survives a concrete floor. Tritan does not shatter the way glass does and does not dent the way thin steel does, and the bumpers take the corner hit. That is worth more in real life than the weight and heft of a traditional flask, which is mostly a feeling rather than a function.
Spirits leave residue and sugar mixers leave more. The body is top rack dishwasher safe, which is the easy path, but a rinse with warm water on the day is what actually keeps a clear flask looking clear. Leave the cap off while it dries so nothing stale gets sealed in.
